Consultations are delivered via chat, voice call, or video call, as selected by the Client at the time of booking. Free tools such as Kundli generation, daily horoscopes, and panchang are provided on the Website at no cost.
You must be at least 18 years of age to book a consultation or submit personal information through our Website. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are booking a consultation on behalf of a minor, you must be the parent or legal guardian of that minor and accept these terms on their behalf.
Consultations are booked through the Website's booking system or via WhatsApp at +91 96116 64411. Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation with the date, time, and mode of consultation. You are responsible for providing accurate birth details (full name, date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth), as these are essential for an accurate reading. Inaccurate or incomplete birth details may affect the quality of the consultation.
All consultation fees are displayed on the Website in Indian Rupees (INR) and are payable at the time of booking. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and select wallets as supported by Razorpay. The Practitioner does not store your payment card details. All payment-related data is handled by Razorpay in accordance with their privacy and security policies.
You may cancel or reschedule your consultation under the following conditions:
Every consultation begins with the Practitioner reading your past based on your birth chart — describing events you have already lived before any discussion of the future. This proof-first approach is the foundation of the practice; it is offered as the standard the Practitioner holds, not as a promise of any specific outcome, and it does not by itself entitle a Client to any reversal of fees. Fees are governed by the Cancellation section above and the Cancellation Policy.
Astrology is a system of guidance rooted in ancient Vedic traditions. The insights, predictions, and remedies provided during consultations represent the Practitioner's interpretation of your birth chart and planetary positions. They are offered as guidance and perspective, not as guarantees of future outcomes. Astrological readings should not be treated as substitutes for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. You are encouraged to exercise your own judgement and consult qualified professionals for matters relating to health, law, or finance.
All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software, and the design and arrangement thereof, is the property of Acharya Anand and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Website without prior written permission. Your free Kundli chart and consultation recordings are provided for your personal use only and may not be commercially redistributed.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Acharya Anand, the Practitioner, and any affiliated parties shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website or services, reliance on any information provided during consultations, or any actions taken based on astrological guidance. Consultations may be recorded for quality assurance and your future reference. By booking a consultation, you consent to the recording of the session. Recordings are stored securely and are accessible only to you and the Practitioner. If you do not wish your session to be recorded, please inform the Practitioner at the start of the consultation.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms or the services provided shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
