  • Consultation recordings and notes generated during your session
  • Device and browser information, IP address, and usage data collected automatically through cookies and analytics

3. How I Use Your Information

Your personal information is used for the following purposes:

  • Computing your Vedic birth chart (Kundli), dashas, yogas, and other astrological analyses
  • Conducting and delivering personalised astrology consultations
  • Processing payments and issuing receipts
  • Scheduling, confirming, and managing appointments
  • Communicating with you regarding your reading or service updates
  • Improving the Website, services, and user experience
  • Maintaining internal records and ensuring quality of consultation

4. Data Storage and Security

Your personal data and consultation records are stored on Firebase (Google Cloud infrastructure) with encryption at rest and in transit. I implement industry-standard security measures, including HTTPS encryption across the entire Website, secure authentication, and access controls. While no system is completely immune to breach, I take all reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

5. Cookies and Analytics

The Website uses Google Analytics (measurement ID: G-NHSYVLW1D5) to understand how visitors interact with its pages. Google Analytics uses cookies — small text files placed on your device — to collect anonymised usage data such as pages visited, time spent, referral sources, and device type.
