The only choices you make when booking are practical ones: how we talk (chat, call or video — the reading is identical) and how long we sit (30, 60 or 90 minutes). The fee is for the time, nothing else.

Every sitting is the same complete reading — it begins with your past, as proof, and a longer sitting simply goes deeper. 30 minutes suits one clear question: the proof first, then the decision you came with. 60 minutes gives room for several questions, or one question traced further through the years ahead. 90 minutes covers the whole chart, end to end — every area on the table, without watching the clock. Whichever you choose, I never rush a reading.

Several questions, yes. A consultation is never limited to one topic — career, marriage and health are not separate purchases. Tick everything on your mind when you book, or simply bring the questions with you; your chart is read as a whole. For another person's chart: when booking, choose "Booking for: someone else" and give their birth details — the sitting is then read on their chart.

You choose the sitting length when booking — 30, 60 or 90 minutes, and the same lengths are available over chat, call and video. I never rush a reading: within your sitting, the session continues until your questions are answered and the chart has been read thoroughly.

Four things are needed: your full name (as on your birth records), date of birth, time of birth (as precise as possible), and place of birth (city and country). These details allow the chart to be computed accurately. The more precise your birth time, the more detailed the reading.

Absolutely. Your birth details, consultation recordings, and personal information are kept strictly private. They are never shared with third parties, never used for marketing purposes, and never made public. Your data is stored securely and used only for the purpose of your reading. Privacy is a non-negotiable part of this practice.

If your exact birth time is unknown, I can perform birth-time rectification — a process that uses significant life events you provide (marriage, career changes, health events) to work backwards and determine a corrected birth time. An approximate time (even "morning" or "evening") is helpful as a starting point. The rectified time is then used for an accurate reading.

Remedies are suggested only when the chart genuinely calls for them — and never as an upsell. When a remedy is recommended, I explain the reasoning behind it so you understand why it may help. Remedies are typically simple, practical, and rooted in classical tradition — mantras, charitable acts, or lifestyle adjustments. You are never pressured to follow them.

Follow-up sessions are booked through the same process as your first consultation. Visit the booking page, choose your preferred mode and time, and complete the payment. There is no separate process for returning clients — the same past-first method applies to every session.

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. You can pay using credit cards, debit cards, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), net banking, and mobile wallets. International cards are also accepted. The payment is fully secured and encrypted, and a receipt is sent to your email immediately after payment.

Yes. You may reschedule any time before the session begins, at no cost — reach out via WhatsApp or email and a new time will be arranged. Because each session is reserved one-to-one, advance notice is always appreciated. For cancellations, the cancellation policy explains when a fee is held as credit.

Yes. Every call and video consultation is recorded and shared with you after the session for your personal reference. Chat transcripts are also preserved. Over 25 lakh minutes of consultations have been recorded to date — this practice of documentation is central to the transparency I hold myself to.
