The Past-First Guarantee

Every consultation with Acharya Anand begins the same way: by reading your past. Using your birth chart, the Practitioner describes events, circumstances, and experiences you have already lived — before any discussion of the future begins. This is the foundation of the practice and the basis of the guarantee.

If the Practitioner cannot accurately describe your past within the first ten minutes of the consultation, the session ends immediately and your full consultation fee is refunded. No forms, no conditions, no exceptions.

How to Claim the Guarantee

To claim the past-first guarantee:

• Inform the Practitioner during the session, within the first ten minutes, that the past reading does not resonate with your lived experience.
• The Practitioner will end the session at that point.
• Your refund will be initiated immediately — no separate application or form is required.

The guarantee applies to the accuracy of the past reading as experienced by you. It is a straightforward, honest offer: if the chart does not prove itself against your life, you do not pay.

Refund Processing

Refunds under the past-first guarantee, as well as eligible cancellation refunds, are processed as follows:

• Refunds are credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
• Processing time is 5 to 7 business days from the date the refund is initiated.
• You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
• The actual time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellation Refunds

If you need to cancel a scheduled consultation:

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment qualify for a full refund to the original payment method.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are not eligible for a monetary refund. However, you will receive a credit that can be applied toward rescheduling the consultation to a new date and time, subject to availability.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your consultation at any time before the session begins. There is no fee for rescheduling, provided you notify us before the appointment time. To reschedule, contact us via WhatsApp at +91 96116 64411 or email at support@acharyaanand.in.

No-Show Policy

If you do not attend your scheduled consultation without prior notice (a "no-show"), the consultation fee is not refundable and cannot be applied as credit toward a future session. We understand that unexpected circumstances arise — if you contact us within 24 hours of a missed appointment with a valid reason, we will work with you to find a fair resolution on a case-by-case basis.

Technical Issues

If a consultation is interrupted or cannot be completed due to technical issues on our end (connectivity problems, platform failures, or similar), the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost at a time convenient to you. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued. Technical issues on the Client's end (poor internet, device problems) may require rescheduling but are not grounds for a refund.

Free Services

Free tools and services provided on the Website — including Kundli generation, daily horoscopes, panchang, numerology calculators, and the free past reading — are offered at no cost and do not involve any payment. No refund applies to free services.
