A consultation is a live, personal service — here is when a fee can and cannot be reversed.
Every consultation with Acharya Anand is a live, one-to-one service delivered in person by the Practitioner at your scheduled time, beginning — as the practice always does — by reading your past from your birth chart. Because the Practitioner's time and preparation are reserved exclusively for you, a consultation fee is non-refundable once the session has been delivered. Dissatisfaction with the guidance, predictions, or remedies discussed is not, by itself, grounds for a refund — astrology offers insight and direction, never guaranteed outcomes.

In these cases the amount is returned to the original payment method, processed within 5 to 7 business days of being initiated. You will receive an email confirmation; the time for it to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

If a consultation is interrupted by a technical problem on our end (connectivity, platform failures, or similar), the session is rescheduled at no additional cost at a time convenient to you, or — if it cannot be rescheduled — the fee is reversed. Technical issues on the Client's end (poor internet, device problems) may require rescheduling but are not grounds for a refund.
Free tools and services on the Website — Kundli generation, daily horoscopes, panchang, numerology calculators, and the free past reading — are offered at no cost and involve no payment. No refund applies to free services.
